Queen guest room is on the same side as the master suite with king sized bed and walk in closet. The bunk room with a twin over full bunk and additional twin trundle bed and 4th bedroom/game room are on the other side of the house. In the game room, there is a very comfortable convertible couch made by Serta that easily coverts to a full sized bed, TV with WiiU and a variety of games, board games, puzzles, and a mini game table with foos ball, mini pool and push hockey. You'll have complete privacy in the fully fenced in backyard to enjoy the BBQ grill and propane fire pit on the covered patio!
