🅿️ PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY ▪️ Street parking only with minimal parking restrictions (NO PRIVATE PARKING). We are not responsible for tickets, tows, or finding a spot. Parking can get a bit busy, so be prepared, or uber! :) Guest access 🏠 The owner and handyman live in the 2 units behind the house; their entrance is through the right side gate, so you may see them walking by from time to time. They also use the shared laundry in the back from time to time. Other things to note 📝IMPORTANT ▪️ This home has lots of character. We have an A/C mini-split in the kitchen, and ceiling fans in bedrooms, room fans, and the ocean breeze cools down the house quickly. ▪️ Ocean Beach is near the airport flight path, and noise can be heard from time to time, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.
