This is a lively beachfront area—you may hear street noise and occasional music on weekends, especially during events at nearby hotels. The space This building is located directly on the beach. You are in walking distance to Hard Rock Hotel, Ocean Walk Shoppes and Movies, Daytona Lagoon and much, much more! Guest access The room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are all yours, meaning you do not share the space with others during your stay. You also have access to a parking garage, pool, and paid laundry that are only accessible to people staying in the building. Through the pool area, there is beach access. Other things to note Just a quick heads-up before booking: After booking, we’ll ask you to complete a short rental agreement and ID verification (super quick). For damage protection, you’ll simply choose one option: • A $1,000 refundable security hold (not a charge, just a temporary hold), or • A $39 non-refundable damage waiver for stays up to 10 nights (longer stays may have a small additional fee).
