Our cabin is prime location being only 1 mile from Shaver Village! You are only a few miles from Sierra Marina where you can enjoy your time on the water. During winter months, several snow parks & China Peak Resort are only a short drive away as well! Or if you prefer we have the ultimate wrap around deck to just lay around and relax. Our amazing home is like no other in this community! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms making it the perfect spot for couples or families! Comfortably our home can sleep 6 adults plus 2 children (bunk beds). On the deck you will find a shed full of fun things to do. We have a private hot tub, gas BBQ grill, full size ping pong table, cornhole, outdoor smart television and toys galore. In the community you will find a playground to enjoy. Inside our home is a fully stocked kitchen ready to make those delicious meals you planned. Each room has a television. Upstairs there are smart TVs. Downstairs has firesticks with tons of streaming apps installed. During the cold season please enjoy our newly remodeled wood burning stove and cuddle up on the couch. Don't leave with dirty laundry. You will have access to laundry room equipped with everything to do laundry. We provide clean linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We also have trash service! No need to take home your trash. This is our dream come true and we are so blessed to be able to share our vacation home. Guest access 2 (or 3 smaller cars during summer months) cars can fit in the driveway. There are also free spots in the neighborhood as marked(when there is no snowfall) . NEVER park in the fire access road next to our home. This property does not accommodate boat or trailer parking. You can call Sierra Marina in advance to reserve a slip and overnight parking if you plan to bring your boat. Hot Tub Notice: Our property is located in an area with naturally high mineral content in the water. At times, when fresh chemicals are added, foaming may occur — this does not affect cleanliness or safety. During heavy snow conditions, access to certain equipment areas may be temporarily limited, which can occasionally delay a full drain and refill. Rest assured, the hot tub is professionally serviced and water chemistry is carefully monitored to ensure it remains safe and ready for use. Other things to note Garage access is not available Supervise children at all times Supervise pets at all times **pet fee will apply** $100 pet stay (up to 2) Keep pets on leash while outside of our property pick up after your pet. Please do not leave feces in our community Be respectful to the home and its contents There are full time residents in the community so please quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Enjoy!!
