Kraken Reef | Upper unit boasts a large deck with beautiful views. The outdoor patio with chairs in the front yard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some shade under the tree. Inside you will find an open concept living and kitchen space freshly renovated for your comfort. This 3 bedroom unit has 2 king-size beds and 2 single beds. With enough space inside to relax and enjoy your evenings, you can unwind after your day at the beach! Come and stay at the Kraken Reef! Guest access This is one house with two separate vacation rentals (upper and lower). This property is for access to the upstairs vacation rental ONLY. The driveway is for Kraken Reef | Upper unit guests ONLY. Street parking in front of the house is for Kraken | Lower unit guests. The outdoor shower (located front of house under stairs) is available for both units (upper and lower). Front yard is for the Kraken Reef | Upper unit and the backyard for Kraken | Lower unit. Other things to note The firepit and grill use wood/charcoal, and we do not stock any on site so be sure to bring some along. Pets are not allowed, no exceptions, and the age requirement states that at least one guest staying overnight throughout the reservation must be older than 25 years of age. There is also no smoking allowed in the home; outside is fine as long as waste is disposed of properly. If we find after check out that any of our house rules were broken due to pets, smoking, or parties we will charge a $500 fee to your account. To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay. For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out.
