The space Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This includes all 4 bedrooms each equipped with white noise machines for sleeping, 3 bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen, Gameroom with tons of strategy games, 2-car garage & private driveway, backyard patio with furnitures & bbq grill with propane gas & accessory set (stored in the garage). Host doesn’t occupy any part of the house and yard during your stay. Recently installed brand new HVAC system & gas furnace & dishwasher (Aug 2021). New Fridge (July 2021). *** No parties or loud music allowed. The unifi protect system outside the house is equipped with a noise alert for respect to neighbors with families and non-college student living, and to comply with city ordinances regarding noise. *** ***Pet fee not included in the rate *** ***Up to 4 cars can park in garage and driveway. No off-street parking allowed.*** Guest access Guests will be granted access to open the garage using their smart phones; Guests will be granted code accesses to front door, gate and backdoor.
