Short walk to private beach access with clean bathrooms & covered pavilion right at the sand. Located in a gated community with 2 pools and a sport court. Full kitchen & outdoor patio with grill, or eat out at nearby restaurants within walking distance. Spacious second floor deck provides great morning and evening relaxation. Newly renovated floors. This newly renovated beach home is located in a quiet culdesac in the gated Emerald Shores Neighborhood, nestled between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Gulf Drive, and all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98. Walk to the white sand beach in just 5-7 minutes. (Or tram service offered during summer months!) Private beach access with showers to rinse off, clean bathrooms, chair/umbrella rentals, and a concessions bar for all your snack and drink needs (during summer). Neighborhood also offers two pools (one is heated through the winter), and a sports court with tennis and basketball options. Rent bikes, golf carts and more just outside of neighborhood. Walk to Captain Dave’s for a sunset dinner, Kenny D’s for incredible key lime pie, and to the new Dollar General for all those last minute supplies. Publix, Destin Commons, Outlets, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, and more are located within a few miles. Home includes wrap around porches at first and second level. Other things to note To avoid sand throughout the home please store beach shoes and toys etc on patio. Please shake sand out of towels and clothing before bringing inside. Feel free to use the hose on the side of the house to rinse off feet before entering. Pets: Only 2 dogs allowed and no cats are allowed.
