Restaurants close by. Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrigerator if electricity goes out!!! Entire basement space around the back of the main house, private fenced pet area is separate from ours, small fresh indoor garden veg all year you are welcome to enjoy with meals during your stay with us. WiFi using high-speed fiber broadband internet service, bar-b-que grill, patio area with fire pit , Dog Park next door Smart TV, Disney, Cable TV service and HBO, Drive way parking for one car. We do live upstairs so you could hear some noise or us walking around. We are mindful of that and kids are in rooms by 9:00. We also provide alarm clocks that have noise/nature sounds and we have ear plugs in each night stand. We also have dogs that might bark once in awhile to go outside but we let them out right away. We don’t like to hear them bark. We do STEAM carpets and ALL furniture with fabric coverings to help those with allergies and help with COVID. We also provide sanitizer and masks. This space is completely separate from ours upstairs with a separate entrance! ***This space does have a small kitchenette with a small sink!! *** ***The shower is not real spacious if you are wanting a luxurious shower it is definitely not a spa like space! Guests that have been 6ft have fit comfortably we just don’t want you to feel like it will be a spacious large walk-in **** We do provide a refrigerator, microwave, George Foreman grill, hot plates, silverware, bar-b-que grill, blender, kettle, air fryer, ninja, toaster oven, dishes, chop sticks, wine bottle opener, etc in the kitchenette to help make this space as accommodating as possible. We finally got the stone walkway put in (entry from the driveway and one from the street) that take you around to the AirBnB, Weather and COVID slowed that down. More work to come!!! We are excited to get it up and running and have you as our guest!!!! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help make your stay more comfortable!!! We tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable!!!! Amenities that will make your stay comfortable and if we did over look something you are close to stores, gas stations restaurants, highways, Dog Parks! MNU College, Soccer Parks and Olathe lake! Golfing, walking trails etc!!!! You can park in the driveway in front of the 3rd car garage (there is enough room for 1 vehicle). You can also park on the street in front of the house, from there you should be able to see the Airbnb entry gate. The street ends just past our house so there is ample parking. If you park in the driveway please do not block our parking spaces as we will be pulling in and out of our garage door. There are cameras to monitor your vehicle in the driveway and also on our front door there is a ring camera. The Airbnb is located on the East side of the house (right side as you are facing the house). There is a stone walkway from the front of the house and one from the street that will take you around to the East (right) side of the house then down to the Airbnb entry gate. The entry gate has a welcome sign to enter into your own fenced in backyard and private entry. We are typically available and work from home. We can be available to help if needed if we are not in meetings we certainly do not mind. Quite Neighborhood. Friendly Neighbors. Several people at the dog park walking their dogs throughout the day if you want someone to interact with. Walking trails close by! Side walk, walking trails, bike trails. Public bus, Uber, Lyft. We are within walking distance to gas station and shopping as well as restaurants and Library. Please do not forget to note that the shower is not extremely spacious. The kitchenette is just that, a kitchenette and has a very small sink. There is a $45 pet fee. Also we are living upstairs with 3 boys and 2 dogs so you will likely hear some noise from us. One of our boys is Autistic and will wonder off so the police need to be called to locate him at times, please don’t be alarmed if they are out front.
