Secret Garden Short Stay

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps. The space Entire basement space around the back of the main house, private fenced pet area is separate from ours, WiFi using high-speed fiber broadband internet service, bar-b-que grill, patio area with fire pit , Dog Park next door Smart TV, with Hulu Live TV service. Drive way parking for one car. We do live upstairs so you can hear some noise or us walking around or our boys, they are Autistic. We are mindful of that and kids are in rooms by 9:00. We also provide alarm clocks that have noise/nature sounds and we have ear plugs in each night stand. We also have dogs that might bark once in awhile to go outside but we let them out right away. We don’t like to hear them bark. If we don't hear them bark please feel free to call us and we will get them right in. Sometimes our Autistic boys wander off so the CRT police officers respond to help us locate them because they don't know how to get back home when they wander so please don't be alarmed if police are here to help us. We do STEAM carpets and ALL furniture with fabric coverings to help those with allergies and help with COVID. We also provide sanitizer and masks. Smoking allowed outside. We have comfortable chairs and ashtray available. No smoking allowed inside it will set off the smoke alarms to the entire house. This space is completely separate from ours upstairs with a separate entrance! ***This space does have a small kitchenette with a small sink!! We also have hot plates and other small cooking appliances in place of an oven or cook top*** ***The shower is not real spacious if you are wanting a luxurious shower it is definitely not a spa like space! Guests that have been 6ft have fit comfortably we just don’t want you to feel like it will be a spacious large walk-in **** Pet fee will be charged $45 Please declare pet during reservation so extra fee wont be applied. at chk out. We do provide a refrigerator, microwave, George Foreman grill, hot plates, silverware, bar-b-que grill, blender, kettle, air fryer, ninja, toaster oven, dishes, chop sticks, wine bottle opener, etc in the kitchenette to help make this space as accommodating as possible. We are excited to have you as our guest!!!! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help make your stay more comfortable!!! We tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable, and if we did over look something you are close to stores, gas stations restaurants, highways, Dog Parks! MNU College, Soccer Parks and Olathe lake! Golfing, walking trails etc!!!! Guest access You can park in the driveway in front of the 3rd car garage (there is enough room for 1 vehicle). You can also park on the street in front of the house, from there you should be able to see the Airbnb entry gate. The street ends just past our house so there is ample parking. If you park in the driveway please do not block our parking spaces as we will be pulling in and out of our garage door. There are cameras to monitor your vehicle in the driveway and also on our front door there is a ring camera. The Airbnb is located on the East side of the house (right side as you are facing the house). There is a stone walkway from the front of the house and one from the street that will take you around to the East (right) side of the house then down to the Airbnb entry gate. The entry gate has a welcome sign to enter into your own fenced in backyard and private entry. Other things to note Please do not forget to note that the shower is not extremely spacious. The kitchenette is just that, a kitchenette and has a very small sink. It has hot plates and toaster oven with many other cooking appliances. Ninja, etc. it does not have a stove or oven. There is a $45 pet fee. Please notify us of the number of pets or other another pet fee will be applied if we are not able to get out pet rugs and blankets to protect furniture etc. It prevents dogs from digging on the furniture and helps with extra clean up. Thank you! Also we are living upstairs with 3 boys and 3 dogs so you will likely hear some noise from us. Two of our boys are Autistic and will wonder off so the police need to be called to locate them at times, please don’t be alarmed if they are out front. Our dogs will bark at other dogs at times but we will call them in once we hear them. Please do not hesitate to notify us if we do not hear them, to call them in immediately. The boys are in their rooms by 9pm.
