Within walking distance to Colony Beach (you can hear the ocean at night when you prop open the windows), Walker’s Point, the Marinas and downtown Dock Square, where there’s a great selection of quaint restaurants and shops. The house boost some wonderful historic features such as a wood burning fireplace, all original wood floors and a 2nd (back) stairwell to 2nd floor. There’s also a restored claw foot tub in one bathroom and all bedrooms and bathrooms have big windows with lots of natural light. The house was recently updated with central heat and AC. The backyard has a pathway leading to a pretty tidal cove where you can sit around the firepit in Adirondack chairs and catch some amazing sunsets.
