Other things to note There are full-time neighbors with small children and we are in a quiet cove. Please be mindful while operating any watercraft that there may be young swimmers, so operate as a no-wake zone, please. We always ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors so that we can continue to offer this beautiful place for others to enjoy Lake Martin as we do. So please keep the noise level after 9 pm outside to a minimum and the use of profanity or vulgar language is prohibited outdoors at all times.
