Upstairs, you’ll find a generous bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a private balcony—perfect for quiet mornings overlooking the landscape. Outside, a large private patio with seating provides the ideal place to unwind at sunset with a wee local dram in hand. Dogs are warmly welcome (up to 2), making this an ideal escape for guests travelling with their four-legged companions. The fully secure, fenced outdoor space allows them to explore safely while you relax. The Speyside Footpath Network is right on your doorstep, offering miles of woodland trails and countryside walks directly from the property. The nearby village of Aberlour is just 5 minutes by car (or around 40 minutes on foot), offering a Co-op, pubs, takeaways, and local favourites including Walkers Shortbread Shop, Spey Larder, and traditional butchers. The world-famous Aberlour Distillery is also close by. EV charging is also available for your convenience. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire Bothy, with convenient parking directly outside and an on-site EV charging point.
