Relax in the shade on the semi-private patio, cookout on the grill, or grab some beach towels from inside and head East 0.4 miles, down Tyler Avenue to Cape Canaveral Beach to enjoy the sun and sand! Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are available near the outdoor shower at the entrance of the Villas. The space is perfect for 2 adults or couples with less than 2 children. Pets are allowed, 1 pet maximum, no weight restrictions, with $80 pet fee. Grill is for shared use among Villa guests. -->Please note that if you are a light sleeper, this unit will not be suitable for you!! If you want to bring your own earplugs as a precaution, that is advised! Previous guests have reported hearing the sound of neighbors snoring/tv/conversations through the walls. Please be advised! We do not provide anything edible. There is no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc! We do this to protect the health and safety of our guests.
