Living room has 2 couches and a love seat. Dining table seats up to 8. Full kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. Master Bedroom with king bed, ensuite, and standup shower. Guest room includes a double and a single bed. Guest bathroom with deep tub. Free parking outside unit. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a new mattress and a private ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. The Guest Bedroom includes a double and a twin/single bed. The Guest bathroom located just outside the guest bedroom comes with a deep tub and shower and plenty of racks for hanging all your towels. Each bedroom has an HDTV with a DVD player. The Living room has a 55" Ultra HDTV with a leather sofa and love seat. There is also a futon that comfortably sleeps 3 children or 2 adults with an easy add-on bench (located in the master bedroom). The Dining area comfortably seats 6 with room to squeeze in 2 more when needed. The kitchen includes a stainless steel Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. There is a stacked Washer/Dryer inside a closet next to the fridge. This is a ground floor fully accessible unit, with a ground floor patio that is mere steps away from the pool and shuffleboard court and 300 steps from the beach. The outside patio includes seating for four who will enjoy the surrounding beautifully landscaped grounds as if it were their very own backyard. Upon booking, all guests will be sent an email containing a PDF document with detailed instructions for entering the complex and the condo unit, along with general association rules & guidelines. In the event of any issues our neighbour in Unit O12 or O17 will be able to provide entry into the condo where guests will find keys to condo and gate/parking passes. Enjoy convenient Free Parking right outside the unit making it very easy to carry in your luggage and groceries. This ground floor unit is fully wheelchair accessible and pet friendly (1 pet per unit). Guests will also have use of two (2) lightweight beach chairs and two (2) beach towels.
