This renovated home is fully furnished ready for you to enjoy at the Ross Barnett Reservoir in Brandon, Mississippi. It has 3 bedrooms on one level. There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. The space Magnolia at the Rez is in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating docks, walking trails, parks and restaurants. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a 50” smart TV in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private wooded deck area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The yard is fenced in with a beautiful wooded lot. It has a charming wood burning fireplace. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.
