Enjoy our cozy three bedroom, one bathroom cottage right on beautiful Cayuga Lake at peaceful Elm Beach. The main living space has A/C and heat. Relax with the breeze and lake views from comfortable Adirondack seating on the front porch and private dock. The large shady back yard is perfect for yard games or relaxing on the back porch. An idyllic setting with proximity to all that the Finger Lakes has to offer - enjoy exploring miles of hiking trails, dozens of wineries, and so much more! The space This cottage is nestled on a peaceful side road that is level with the shores of Cayuga Lake! We recommend starting your day with coffee to watch the sunrise over the lake from the expansive front porch or the comfy Adirondack chairs on the dock. Early mornings on the lake are so serene and offer some of the best fishing and birdwatching opportunities! Although the surrounding region boasts endless options for food and fun, this space has all you'll need for a fun-filled vacation at your home away from home. Please enjoy full use of our kayaks, paddles board, beachside fire pit (with wood supplied), DVDs, board games, kitchen, and more! Keep an eye out while kayaking to see if you can spot any of the Bald Eagles nesting in the area. At the end of your day, we recommend unwinding by the fire with some tasty s'mores. The beachside fire pit is great, but for rainy nights we also have a hassle-free fireplace on the front porch. Other things to note This home does not have Wi-Fi - most cellular carriers have good service in this area.
