We now have a beautiful bar cart that is complimentary where you can find numerous mixers (soda water, tonic, ginger ale, ect), bitters and all of the bar tools you will need to make some yummy drinks! Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Suite has a gorgeous king-size bed and also offers another trundle bed (two twins) for larger groups. Enjoy the master bathroom with all high-end, updated features! Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Welcome to the Zen room featuring a warm, bright, and natural vibe. It features a king-sized bed with relaxing decor for a great night's sleep. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): A perfect simplistic room featuring a trundle bed (two twins) and a walk-out patio with two lounge chairs to sip coffee in the morning. Spacious downstairs bedroom with private patio access offers a tranquil retreat for large groups seeking a quiet space. Enjoy the Texas sun on the 3 story balcony that has a different feature on each level! Floor one offers two lounge chairs, floor two has an 8 person patio table and a propane grill, and floor three has an awesome daybed with a skyline view! The garage has space for one car and possibly two. It also has an electric car charger for your convenience! There is also ample street parking available just a few steps from the house. There are bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk from the house. The main Pearl area is 3 blocks away (about a 5min walk) and you do have to cross one busy street (Broadway) that has a crosswalk. If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and fun, you have found the right house! Guest access All areas of the house can be used. We have one utility closet that will be locked. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $500 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. No parties or events. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $115 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. An additional 15.5% Airbnb service fee will be applied in addition to any applicable pet fee. This fee covers Airbnb service charges and accommodations related to pets.
