Beach Haven Condo

Relax at our beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. From your private balcony you will have amazing views of the ocean and USS Lexington. Our condo is perfect for a couple or small family with children looking for a beach getaway. Our condo is close to the Texas State Aquarium, Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark and many downtown restaurants. The space Our cozy beach condo is 420 sq ft and it includes 1 bedroom/1 bath with (2) built-in bunk beds for the kiddos. The bunk beds are for kids 12 and under. There are also beach themed books, games, toys for the kids to enjoy. The bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress. The living has a full-sized sofa sleeper. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, glasses, plates, utensils, and baking pan set. The condo has a refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, blender, and toaster. We offer free WIFI, Netflix, and basic cable. Plush bath, hand, and beach towels are also provided. We also provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Coin/credit card operated washer and dryers are provided on each floor. Guest access Upon arrival you must check in at the front desk. There is a $20 fee that you will need to pay for a parking pass, security gate access, and wrist bands. This fee is not part of the condo rental fee. It is an additional cost charged by the condominium complex. There are (2) pools located in the complex. The heated pool is located in our building for your enjoyment during the colder months. We have beach access from our condo. You just take the elevator down to ground level and it's a short 2-minute walk to the beach. There are also BBQ pits and picnic areas located throughout the complex for your enjoyment. Other things to note We require all guests to upload a photo ID into the Airbnb system and provide your phone number and email address in order for us to approve your stay. This is for your protection and ours. We do not allow smoking in our condo or balcony. Also, no pets are allowed per Villa Del Sol policy. Villa Del Sol is currently renovating the entire exterior of the condo complex at the moment. There is also construction going on in the area due to the new Harbor Bridge. They are replacing all exterior siding, painting, replacing certain balconies and other work as needed. This work is being done during the weekdays.
