Welcome To The Manatee Manor - A 5 bedroom, 5 bath home located in Windsor Hills, right in the heart of Kissimmee's tourist area, and mere minutes to the gates of Disney! With a feel of 'Better than home', you'll never want to leave. Outfitted with all the standards that you come to expect (Pool, Hot Tub, plenty of space, and serene décor), in addition to themed rooms, big screen smart TVs, and complimentary pool/hot tub heat - life doesn't get any better than when you stay at "The Manor"! The space The Manatee Manor is a fully-equipped 5-bed, 5-bath luxury vacation villa that is situated with no one overlooking our yard or pool. Our home sleeps 10 guests in 2 king sized beds, a queen bed, one room with two twin beds, and one room with bunk beds (full over full). Each bedroom has a smart TV for when you need to relax after a long day exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. One of the downstairs Master en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a roll-in shower. The garage has been refinished with a Super Mario themed game room which includes air conditioning, a full-sized air hockey table, wall mounted 75″ smart TV with PS4 and Nintendo Switch, and 3 full size arcade games (Rush 2049, Big Buck Hunter & a 60 game Multi-cade). For your laundry needs we have two sets of washers and dryers to make cleaning your clothes and towels a breeze. It's nice to not have to pack as many clothes, and you don't have to carry back dirty laundry! The gourmet kitchen features quartz counter tops and stainless appliances, and is equipped with all the gadgets needed to cook up a storm. Want Mickey waffles? CHECK! Need a piping hot Keurig pod brew to kick start your day? CHECK! Want to show off your inner Gordon Ramsay? NO PROBLEM! Time to wind down with a bottle of wine? Of course..... Out back, take a swim in our heated pool, or relax with a drink while watching your favorite Netflix crime show on the 65" outdoor television and enjoy all the magic that the Sunshine State has to offer! Guest access Self check-in. Each party will receive a unique code for entry to the property. Other things to note Our home is self-catering. Please note that we provide starter amounts of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
