Enter into the mid century living room and dining nook with its modern chic bar. Enjoy true California style indoor-outdoor living via the wide French double doors leading to our private deck. A cozy, but fully equipped, kitchen with microwave, stove, and full size refrigerator will fulfill all your vacation meal needs. There is a bright and renovated full bathroom on this level, as well as a game/bonus room (with an arcade console) that steps out to the fenced yard and five person hot tub. A comfortable La -Z-Boy sofa queen sleeper bed with upgraded air mattress system will help accommodate additional guests in your party. Upstairs are spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, and both with queen beds. The primary bedroom has a quiet, romantic balcony, complete with bistro style seating for any morning coffee or nightcap. The second full bathroom has been upgraded with a Japanese style bidet toilet, a tall shower door and elevated rain shower. Other things to note Your rate includes 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) that city of Santa Cruz levies on hotel / rentals. We are an approved vacation property and are required to remit 14% of what you pay us (before expenses) to the city.
