The space There are total of five bedrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate 14 people, 2-car garage, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit. There is plenty of space for parking. You can park two cars in the garage, and also 2 on the drive-way, there's also free street parking available. A total of five bedrooms: -Bedroom#1 (upper level) is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower. -Bedrooms#2 (upper level) is the second master suite with two full-size bed, brand-new mattresses, large bathroom with spa and showers, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom#1 and #2 are both located on the upper level. -Bedroom #3 and #4 both are on the lower level with queen-size beds, and closets. -Bedroom#5 is on the main level -same level with the living room, sauna, walk-in shower, kitchen and dining room with a queen-size bed. This room will be great for elders in your group as it requires less walking up/down stairs. There are 3 steps to get into the house to the main level. Other things to note 1. This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful and friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules. 2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house, as well as a copy of their ID. 3. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events. 4. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m. 5. Pool Table: have fun playing pool on our beautiful professional set up pool table. The table is leveled by a professional, please do not try to move it. In order to protect the felt of the table, please avoid jump shots or masse’. Pool table is for adults use ONLY, please keep your children away from the pool cues, or throwing pool balls around. (sword fighting not permitted)
