The property "Les Chambres de Capucine" (1.4 ha) is crossed by 1 river (1st cat). It includes 2 lodgings: a mill and a cottage, both restored. In a bucolic setting, an outdoor HOT TUB (available all year round), petanque court, orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula, undergrowth and 2 meadows (for our 2 Highland Cattle cows) will enchant you. The cottages each have 1 private terrace and 1 private garden. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The Green Cottage is on one level. The space The stone mill with exposed beams (100 m²/10 beds) has a large and very pleasant living room (ceiling height of 6 m), conducive to relaxation with its 3 sofas including a sofa bed. Its dining area allows you to share moments of conviviality. It is located in front of an island that separates it from the kitchenette. A large bedroom with 3 beds (1.80 X 2 m, 0.90 X 2 m), its shower room and adjoining toilet complete the ground floor which also has an additional separate toilet. The floor includes a mezzanine with 3 beds (0.90 X 1.90 each) and a very bright bedroom with a king size bed and its en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The Green Cottage (28 m²) has a double bed and two single pull-out beds. A kitchenette with a microwave oven, a stovetop and a fridge allows you to prepare meals that can be taken in the dining area or on the terrace. Guest access The property is located in a rural commune of 280 inhabitants. It has private parking available exclusively to guests. Other things to note The property includes the owners' house and 2 cottages (short-term rental). Access to the mill includes a few steps. Walks in the shared areas of the property are possible but children are under the responsibility of their parents. The espresso machine in the mill is a Senseo. A shower is mandatory before using the Jacuzzi, which is available all year round when outdoor temperatures are above 4 degrees. A bathrobe, a set of two towels (per person) are at your disposal. Beds are made before your arrival. Check-in and out. You can do the cleaning yourself before you check out or pay a cleaning fee of €100. Disposable wipes are not permitted in the toilet. the fence in front of one of the two meadows is electrified. Selective waste sorting. Composters.
