Les Chambres de Capucine (1.4 ha property) crossed by 1 river (1st category), includes 2 restored vacation rentals in a bucolic setting, landscaped gardens, a petanque court, an orchard, a peninsula and a meadow (for our 2 Highland Cattle cows). The calm and the lapping of the water make this place a unique experience. The cottages have 1 private terrace and 1 private garden, as well as a hot tub (available year-round). The bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The Green Cottage is on one level. The space The stone mill with exposed beams (100 m² / sleeps 10) features a large, very pleasant living room (ceiling height 6 m), ideal for relaxation and socializing, with 3 sofas, including a sofa bed. Its dining area allows you to enjoy quality time together. It is located in front of an island that separates it from the kitchenette. A large bedroom with 3 beds (1.80 X 2 m, 0.90 X 2 m), its shower room and adjoining toilet complete the ground floor, which also has an additional independent toilet. The floor includes a mezzanine with 3 beds (0.90X1.90 each) and a very bright bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The Green Cottage (28 m²) is a studio with a double bed and two single pull-out beds. A kitchenette with a microwave oven, a stovetop and a fridge allows you to prepare meals that can be eaten in the dining area or on the terrace. Both units have Wi-Fi and a TV. Guest access The property is located in a rural commune of 280 inhabitants. It has private parking available exclusively to guests. Other things to note The property includes the owners' house and 2 cottages (short-term rental). Access to the mill includes a few steps. Walks in the shared areas of the property are possible but children are under the responsibility of their parents. The espresso machine in the mill is a Senseo. A shower is mandatory before using the Jacuzzi, which is available all year round when outdoor temperatures are above 4 degrees. A bathrobe, a set of two towels (per person) are at your disposal. Beds are made before your arrival. Check-in and out. You can do the cleaning yourself before you check out or pay a cleaning fee of €100.
