Half-bedings are organized around a central staircase: 🔹- Au 0,5: a bathroom with large shower, wc and a second living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and games for all. 🔹- On the 1st floor: a bedroom with 2 single beds to be brought together if needed and a large and bright dining room with its balcony that offers a very beautiful view of Étretat for an unforgettable breakfast and a brand new and fully equipped kitchen 🔹- At 1.5: a bedroom with 3 single beds separated into two communicating spaces 🔹On the 2nd: a bedroom with 1 queen size bed, a sink area and a panoramic terrace with sunbeds; a very large master suite with queen size bed, a desk, a balcony overlooking Étretat and a bathroom with Italian shower and wc; a bedroom with a double bed and finally a bathroom with bath and wc. The apartment guests borrow the Passage on the side of the villa to get to their part in the back. Everyone has their own private outdoor space. At the back of the villa, an apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Each has its own private area and exterior.
