Please do not park on the street - To maintain a peaceful environment in the house and for the neighbors, we use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. It simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibel). There is also surveillance cameras outside of the home. If there are any signs of an unauthorized event or party, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards and bugs. For that reason, the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars , syrups, jelly, grease, cookies and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops . Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open to prevent any bugs from coming in.
