OUTSIDE: Huge, paved driveway to park your truck(s) and boat(s). Covered parking for 2 cars. Large, covered patios to enjoy the outdoors. There are 8 rocking chairs for rocking, relaxing, and reading. Outside table seats 8. Upstairs you’ll find a balcony for soaking up the sun. There’s firewood and fire pit to roast hotdogs or toast marshmallows. Outdoor games are cornhole and bocce ball. INSIDE: Large open concept living, dining, kitchen area. Breakfast bar seats 4 people and table seats 4. The table will expand with the leaf to seat 8. The leaf is inside the table. We have games, cards, poker chips, dominos and puzzles inside a chest of drawers. Big kitchen has a double oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher and gas stove, microwave, and everything you need to cook a big meal for the family. There are pots, pans, dishes, etc. Small appliances are hand mixer, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster. Smart TV in living area and TVs in the 2 of the bedrooms. All are hooked up to cable and there’s access to Netflix, Hulu or your favorite streaming station. We’ve added a DVD/Blue-ray player too in case you want to bring your own movies. BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT: Lower level has 1 bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The larger upstairs room has 1 queen bed and a daybed with trundle. The smaller upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. We’ve added a small desk if you need a little workspace. There are linens on all beds and towels are in the bathrooms. FYI: We are a 10 min drive from the grocery store. There’s a Brookshire’s in Seven Points and one in Malakoff. THINGS TO DO: 1st Monday Trade Days in Canton (about 45 mile drive) Weekend flea markets in Seven points Triple N winery (5 minutes away)— contact them for their weekend music line up Underground MX in Kemp-motocross-25 minutes away Microbrewery-one in Seven Points and 1 in Athens Guest access You’ll have access to the house with a couple exceptions, we have an owners closet and an outside shed. You’ll find WiFi for your devices. Our TV’s are connected to cable. Go to Texas parks and wild life's website for the list of nearby boat ramps. Other things to note You’ll be “in the country” and about a 10 mile drive from the nearest grocery store (Brookshire’s in Seven Points or Brookshire’s in Malakoff). Seven points has several diners/restaurants and a brewery. You’ll find a winery within about 5 minutes of our place. Richland Chambers lake is about 40 minutes away. Your drive to Canton is close to an hour. You may encounter some wild life. We’ve seen some deer and a skunk -- ;D. It’s a very peaceful setting with an upstairs balcony to soak up the sun or downstairs porch to rock in the shade. Giant driveway for kids to ride bikes.
