Mesquite Pool and Spa

Location location location! Located 5 minutes or less from anything in Mesquite. Our Oasis home accommodates 8 guests comfortably. It is located in the heart of Mesquite in a private, quiet neighborhood. It offers a large outdoor living space, putting green, private pool and hot tub. Pool heating is not offered. Pool has freeze protection, when ambient temps are below 41° it will affect spa heating. License # 99185 The space The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, Each bedroom has a TV and streaming device. The hot tub is heated with propane and has a limited supply. There is no natural gas in Mesquite. Therefore we cannot keep the hot tub hot all the time. You will have to turn on the hot tub prior to use. There are 6 cameras around the outside of the house. These are used for insurance and security purposes. We don’t view the cameras unless there is an issue. Guest access There is plenty of on street parking, a driveway for 2 cars and a 2 car garage. Easy access to atv trails from the property. Close to the casinos and city center. Multiple golf courses just minutes away. We do require our guests to sign and send back our rental agreement before getting access to the home. Other things to note We operate at the discretion of our neighbors. We ask that you be respectful and courteous. No house party’s or team gatherings. We can have no more than 8 people staying overnight per our city permit. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence. A fee of $100 per person per night will be applied if out of compliance. Please keep the noise down and do not park in front of their homes. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.
