Vashon Farmhouse: Sleeps 2-9

Vashon Farmhouse sleeps up to 9 in 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, a double bed, a twin & a queen daybed.) It has 2 bathrooms & a cozy gas fireplace, and portable a/c. The historic house is centrally located 3/10 mi. south of the town of Vashon and close to the Vashon Center for the Arts, Island center Forest. O-space, Island Center Forest and schools. There is a barbecue area with an outdoor table, a covered porch, and a large field behind the house. We do not host dogs or cats due to allergens. The space One of the original farm houses on Vashon,, the Farmhouse is a great place for 2 to 9 guests, with all the basics: espresso maker, pots/pans/dishes ( located in cabinets beside the fireplace), silverware for 9, honey/sugar/salt/pepper, a large dining table, gas fireplace in the living /dining room, 3 upstairs bedrooms and a queen daybed on in the open area upstairs, and a twin bedroom with bathroom attached on the main floor. If you click on my profile photo, you can see additional listings on Vashon. NOTE: The base rate is for 2 guests using 1 bathroom & the master bedroom upstairs. For 3 guests, the twin bed or daybed are also available. If you have more than 3 guests, please let us know the sleeping arrangements and additional bedrooms can be made available, as well as the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are on the main floor and there is one twin bedroom on the main floor with others upstairs. Some bedrooms are locked off & made available depending on the number of registered guests. Therefore it is important to be sure the number of guests is correct in your booking request. Sorry, but animals are allowed in the farmhouse. Guest access There is a large parking area near the entrance to the house. The last 4 digits of your phone number will unlock the front door. Please contact Lisa or any of the alternate contacts anytime, 24/7 if you have any questions, and take a look at the house manual when you arrive for details about the area, restaurants, etc. We look forward to hosting you and yours! Please NOTE: Once a reservation is booked, the number of guests may be increased to the max occupancy of 9, but it may not be decreased for a refund. You are welcome to invite other people to fill the space, though, if someone in your group can't make it. The refund policy that is acknowledged at the time of booking stands even if you end up having fewer people in your group at the last minute. Other things to note Bedrooms are unlocked depending on the number of guests. Please double check that the number of guests in your reservation is correct. There is a gas fireplace in the living room operated by the thermostat near the entrance to the kitchen. There are independent heaters in each bedroom and bathroom, as well as the tower heater near the stairs. The tower heater thermostat is to the right of it. . We have high speed internet for streaming on your device. There is no TV.
