LAKEFRONT HOME ON THE LAKE IN HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS *Minutes to all the fun downtown & Oaklawn racing. On the water! Firepit, 2 kayaks, boats welcome! 3 KING bedrooms plus sunroom/funroom 2 single futon sleepers & additional fold out twin. Pac-Man Arcade & board games! Room to spread out in our designer mid century modern (mcm) vibe home. Swing out back, or grill, covered patio overlooking water. Very quiet location but 2 minutes to restaurants and shopping. Boat rental nearby. Tie up dock for b The space 3 king beds and 3 sofa convertible beds ( not fold outs ) plus one twin fold out bed. sleeps 8 comfortably. Our house is perfect for your family or group and comfortably sleeps 6 adults with THREE king beds, while kids may enjoy the three futon sleepers & an additional fold out twin in the ottoman. Allows up to 8 max. We have two separate living areas so everyone has room to spread out. Other things to note Lakefront! Have a boat? You can can launch it just around the corner at Hot Springs Marina - only 1/2 mile away! Dock available to tie-up in season: March - October. Plenty of parking for a trailer in our circle driveway. Don't have a boat? Pontoon rentals are also available at the marina. Or enjoy our two kayaks - free for our guests to use during your stay along with water toys! Note: Lake Hamilton winter pool November to March water levels are lowered and no boat docking or kayak access from rear lawn (kayaks maybe launched from park ramp/dock). Kids will LOVE our sunroom/family room with two enormous "Big Joe" bean bags and vintage board games for some fun along with a Pac-Man & Galaga arcade game! The grown ups will love the covered back deck with patio seating, a swing for 2, large grill and awesome views of the water. Relax in Adirondack chairs around the firepit & make your own s’mores! Perfect spots for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.
