The 515 - Downtown Franklin

The 515 is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood located just off W. Main St. Our little house is just over 1000 SF and offers guests 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 fully renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. We hope our well thought out and curated design will have you to feel at home during your visit. {Large groups, please contact us about booking our sister property The 505, located a stone's throw down the street. Ideal for family gatherings/holidays etc.} The space We can sleep up to 4 comfortable: * 2 queen beds * 1 full bathrooms * guest access to washer and dryer We feel one of the best parts about staying at an Airbnb is being able to cook. We've taken the time to ensure our kitchen is equip with all the cooking essentials. The kitchen has a peak through into the living room, ensuring that whoever is in the kitchen doesn't feel left out of the conversation or fun! The living room was our biggest challenge, as we wanted to make sure we had enough seating for guests to hang out and relax-we think we nailed it. Our large, covered back patio is a great place to spend time together. We have a place for outdoor dining, a few rocking chairs for rockin' and a cozy porch swing for swingin' or nappin' ;) Guest access The only spaces we ask guests not to access are locked. Other things to note *This property does not have a dishwasher. Guests will have to hand wash their dishes etc. *Please be advised your access will be the door under the carport. There is one step up into the laundry room/mud room and then 3 steps into the house. From the dining room to the covered patio there are 4 steps.
