The space - The Space - Our home has been curated with thoughtful modern farmhouse charm. It has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, 50" 4K LED TV, walk-in shower and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a twin top, full bottom and trundle twin bed perfect for kids or additional guests! The living room features a large sectional couch and Italian leather chair, 65" 4K ULED TV, kitchen complete with quartz countertops, large island and additional stool seating, as well as a large farmhouse style dining table with a built in leaf seating up to 8. Enjoy your true entertainer's yard, equipped with outdoor seating, a propane, charcoal and smoker BBQ, large grass yard and fire pit patio with seating. Guest access Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 2 cars, one parked behind the other. and additional parking across the street. - Other things to note - *This house is a duplex and we rent the other unit to quiet traveling nurses. They have a separate entrance around the side of the house behind the garage and a separated private yard from the home's. We are happy to welcome your pets as well, as they are a part of your family! *please message us when you book informing us if you plan on bringing your pet. This allows us to prepare to accommodate them as well. Other things to note This is a brand new home in an established neighborhood. The back yard isn't quite completed, so please just use the bottom portion until we've finished. It's a great space right now, but will be even better in the future! Please note the owner lives in the attached apartment. This will not impact your stay, as each unit has it's own entrance and yard space.
