You have the entire right side of the dock to use and dock your boat at. *Dock, water toys available starting in May* New outdoor TV is up now! Welcome to Panorama! I named my lake front house panorama because back in the 1930s when the lots were first created they named ours “Panorama” for the panoramic views it has of Coventry Lake! Not to mention the house is located directly in front of the sandbar, so you are always right in the middle of all the action! The house is 1,100 square feet. When you walk in the kitchen will greet you with vaulted ceilings and wood beams. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. We have a nespresso machine and will provide complimentary nespresso pods and tea. If you have a favorite type of nespresso feel free to let me know and I will make every effort to supply them for you! The kitchen then opens up to the main living space with two large sliding glass doors looking out to the lake. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed and both loveseats pull out to a twin size bed. We have sheets for these extra beds but please bring blankets and pillows if you plan to use them! There is also an electric fireplace in the living room for those cozy winter days! A dinning area is nestled in the corner with a circle table large enough to fit 6. The downstairs bedroom has a twin trundle bed as well as a tv. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and lake views. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large sliding glass door that leads you out to the upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail with a panoramic birds eye view of Coventry Lake! Please note there is a window with shutters in the master bedroom that can be unlatched and opened to the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen. Please do not leave unattended young children in this room. A second large guest room is also located upstairs. This room has a queen size bed as well as a couch and TV. The double sliding glass doors in the living room lead you out to the lower deck, which also provides expansive views of the lake. We have a farmhouse table as well as a high top gas fire table and chairs on the lower deck so you will never be without a seat! The deck leads you to the level grass area where you can play yard games or lay out on one of our loungers. We also have a second larger gas fire pit in the grass area. There are stairs at the sea wall that lead down to our 45 foot long private sandy beach! We have a deck box with sand toys, some beach chairs, floats etc. there is also another table with chairs on our beach as well as a fire pit. We have an outdoor grill for guest use! For water toys we have a canoe, paddle board and 2 hydro-bikes for guest use. Water toys are put out May 1st Private parking lot that fits 4 cars comfortably. 10 minutes from UConn. 25 minutes from Hartford. In between Boston and New York City. *CLEANING* The cleanliness of Panorama is my top priority which is why I personally clean it after every guest. Every surface is sanitized with clorox/lysol. All linens/towels are washed in hot water, tide and oxyclean. Other things to note The driveway is shared so please do not block it at anytime. There is a private parking lot just for guests of Panorama that can fit 4 cars comfortably. There is a fence line on either side of the house - inside those fence lines is Panorama’s property. If you imagine the fence line continuing onto the beach, it’ll help show you the boundaries to your private beach area Please no glass on the beach. Our neighbors are in close proximity. By all means have a good time but please be respectful of noise during quiet hours 10pm - 8 am. No more then 6 over night guests and 2 additional day guests max during the day. No parties.
