Beautiful one level newly remodeled NorthWest home with all new appliances - 7 minute drive to UNR - 10 minutes to Reno airport - 30 minutes to Mt. Rose - 7 minutes to downtown Reno - 40 minutes to Tahoe 3 bedrooms, 6 Beds, 2 bathrooms, all on ONE level n 2 car garage make this a perfect home for vacation. Large open family room with a fireplace, kitchen open to dining n living room n BBQ. It has new floor, paint, new furniture, all new beds with King size memory foam mattress in Master. The space LIVING/DINING: We have large sectional comfortable sofa with dining table and bar sitting to accommodate a large group. We provide live channels through our 58" Smart TV by accessing YouTube TV. Netflix and YouTubeTV are streaming in both TVs in living room and master bedroom. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, and hand soaps. We also provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. A Walmart is nearby (5 minutes’ walk) if you need additional items for your stay. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: All Beds have comfortable new mattresses. BEDROOM 1: This spacious Master Bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress bed. There is master bath with and attached walk in closet. There is a wall mounted TV in the master bedroom. BEDROOM 2: This room has a full over trundle bed, and a twin bunked. This room can sleep 4. It also has a closet. BEDROOM 3: This room has one queen size beds and a full size trundle bed. It can sleep 4 people. It also has a closet. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house except the two locked owners closet. Garage can accommodate two cars and two additional cars in the driveway. If needed, there are parking spaces on the street. Other things to note Note: There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs. We have a dog ourselves, so we understand how important dogs are to our families. However, we have had unpleasant experiences with dogs staying at our houses and that is why we put down the rule that no pets without prior authorization. Thanks for checking with us prior your stay. Due to the extra cleaning fee, wear and tear of the house and liability, $35 pet fee will be charged per dog per night. We ask our guests to follow the dog rules below: 1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised. 2. Please don't let the dogs on furniture. This will be very much appreciated since all our furniture is new in the house. 3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel. 4. Please pick up their dog poos in the back yard. We appreciate you reaching out to us. We recommend that you bring your own shampoo and body wash. A Walmart is 5 minutes walk away if you need additional items for your stay. LATE CHECKOUT: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Our housekeeping team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the home for incoming guests. If you require a late checkout, we are more than happy to work with you whenever possible. Advance approval is required, as housekeeping must be rescheduled in order to accommodate a later departure. This policy applies only to unapproved late checkouts. Guests who remain in the home past 11:00 AM without prior written authorization may be subject to a late checkout fee of $50 per hour (or any portion thereof). This fee reflects additional costs incurred when housekeeping arrives as scheduled and is required to wait due to delayed departure. Any waiting fees charged by the cleaning team as a result of an unapproved late checkout will be passed through to the guest. These charges cover actual service delays and operational costs.
