All mattresses are memory foam with pillow top queen size. Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with stainless steel appliances, glass round dining table. The space It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh linen and two pillows. Living room has 2 couches, TV, dining set for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are crib, extra pillows, towels and blanket inside the hallway closet. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use entire house, garage and private fenced backyard! Other things to note There is $20 fee for extra person who is not staying with you. The is $500 party penalty fee. No parties allowed. We can charge for any kind of damage to our property. Late check outs allowed only by the request. Late check out is $25 extra fee for every hour.
