Each bedroom includes a smart HDTV with complimentary streaming access to Paramount+, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN (up to 3 devices at once; Hulu limited to 1). 👶 Family-Friendly Amenities Traveling with little ones? Come and enjoy your stay—welcome home! Guest access Guests have full access to the garage and driveway for convenient parking. Enjoy easy self check-in with keypads located at both the front and side entrances, plus an additional keypad entry to the garage for hassle-free access. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules & Important Information: No parties or events are permitted on the property. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM as per City Regulations. 🔐 Security & Safety: Exterior security cameras are located at the front, side, and overlooking the backyard/pool area for guest safety and property security. No indoor cameras — all surveillance is outside only for your privacy and protection. 💦 Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines: Please shower before entering the pool or hot tub. Lotion, sunscreen, and oils can disrupt water pH and cleanliness. Pool heating is available upon request and requires at least 24 hours’ notice. 📍Pool Heating Rates: ✅ May – September: $150/night ✅ October & April: $200/night ✅ November – March: $250/night ✅Pool and hot tub cleaning occurs every Monday and Friday between 11 AM – 3 PM. 🐾 Pets: ✅Well-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. ✅$75 per pet per stay | 2 pets max ✅Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 penalty in addition to the pet fee. ✅Kindly keep pets supervised at all times. Any damage to furniture or the property caused by pets, as well as additional cleaning required due to pet urine or feces, will result in extra charges. 🗑 Trash & Maintenance: Trash collection takes place on Wednesdays. Our cleaners will handle putting bins out and returning them. Luggage drop-off is allowed with prior notice. Please coordinate with us in advance so we can notify our team.
