Guests are responsible for providing their pets with essentials such as food bowls, towels, bed, disposable bags, and toys. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart HDTV featuring complimentary Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN TV streaming service for you to enjoy. Use limited by availability. Up to 3 devices can be used at the same time except for Hulu. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed and has a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a separate bathtub, and a beautiful shower. The second room comfortably fits two queen sized beds. The third room is another ensuite. The fourth room has a view of the mountains and pool, and you can wake up to the beautiful sunrise. The living room has a couch and a comfy futon for additional sleeping arrangement needs. For families, we also have a high chair, playpen, and diaper pail available for use! No need to reserve ahead of time. Plus, enjoy a free pass at the Joshua Tree Park (1 pass 1 car only) inside the binder that sits on the counter. It is available for use, but not free to take. For your baby's needs, we recognize the importance of using a mild, hypoallergenic detergent or a choice of your own fabric softener. Please bring your own infant blankets, bibs, pillows, and so on to ensure safety. Our goal is to minimize the risk of asthma or allergic reactions for your little one. Guests are responsible for providing their pets with essentials such as food bowls, towels, bed, disposable bags, and toys. There is a plug for EV car charging located inside the garage where the dryer is connected. Please bring your own charging cable. Early check-in might be possible with early request if time permits (for additional fee). Please notify us if you are interested and we will check in with our cleaners. Come and enjoy your stay! Welcome home! Guest access Guests have access to the garage and driveway for parking. Enjoy easy self check-in with keypads at the front and side of the house. The garage also has a keypad for easy access. Other things to note * No parties permitted. * Guests be advised of security cameras in the front and side of the house for safety. ** Please shower before going into the pool and hot tub. Any lotion, sunscreen, or any chemicals may alter the pH of the water. Pool is not heated. * Well trained pets are allowed but must be communicated with host first. $75 for each pet per stay and 2 PETS MAX. If you are found with a pet without prior approval, you may be liable to paying an extra $100 penalty on top of the pet fee. Please supervise your pets and note that if any part of the property or furniture is damaged, you will be liable for replacements/repairs. * Please be advised that pool and hot tub cleaning happens every Monday and Friday anytime between 11am to 3pm. *Trash collection day occurs on Wednesdays. Cleaners will pull the trash cans out to the streets then back in afterwards.
