Welcome to your desert home away from home. 🌵✨ Guest access Guest Access & Amenities: ★ Guests have full access to the entire home, including the in-unit laundry, pool and spa, backyard, and parking area ★ We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. ★Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules that are strictly enforced: • Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. • Check-out: 10:00 AM with a 10-minute grace period. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fee. ★ Late Check-Out Fees: • 1:00 PM – $25 • 2:00 PM – $40 • 3:00 PM – $50 ★ No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. ★This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fine. ★ Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, in accordance with city regulations. ★ Toilet Use: Do not flush large objects or feminine hygiene products. Guests are responsible for any plumbing repair costs. 🔐 Security & Safety Exterior security cameras are located at the front, side, and overlooking the backyard/pool area for safety and property security.There are no indoor cameras to ensure guest privacy. 💦 Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines Please shower before using the pool or hot tub, as lotions, oils, and sunscreen can affect water balance. Pool heating is available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice. 🥽 Pool Heating Rates 🫧May – September: $150 per night 🫧October & April: $200 per night 🫧November – March: $250 per night 🫧Pool and hot tub maintenance takes place every Monday and Friday between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. 🐾 Pets Well-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. $75 per pet per stay | Maximum of 2 pets Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 penalty plus the pet fee.Pets must be supervised at all times. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets may result in extra charges. 👥 Guest Capacity The home can accommodate up to 10 guests.The base rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests beyond 6 will incur a small extra guest fee to cover increased use of utilities, linens, cleaning, and maintenance. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered when booking so pricing is calculated accurately. 🗑 Trash & Maintenance Trash collection is on Wednesdays. Our team will handle placing the bins out and returning them. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off Luggage drop-off may be available with advance notice. Please contact us beforehand so we can coordinate with our team.
