We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed. Experience Traverse City With Us & Learn More Below! ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Aside from the perfect location near all the major Traverse City attractions, this cozy townhouse also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably. (Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor.) The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa chair, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families. Bedroom 2 is M22 themed and is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a closet. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, a closet, and dual nightstands with reading lamps. There is also a twin roll-out bed (in closet), a twin fold-out sofa bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, allowing a total of ten people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home is equipped with 2.5 bathrooms, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, instant pot, and even a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for two is available at the island bar, and the dining room table can seat an additional six. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with two comfy sofas (which can convert into sofa beds at night), a flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture. Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking.
