The space Welcome to “Neon Nest”, a bright and inviting townhouse in the heart of Traverse City. Walk to beaches, breweries, and restaurants, then come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding! ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: - Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, chair, plus Pack & Play, toys, and children’s games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dual nightstands with reading lamps, closet. For extra flexibility, a twin roll-out bed is available, allowing the home to sleep 7 guests + 1 infant. A rare commodity in the center of Traverse City! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so everyone can get ready without waiting. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open kitchen is fully equipped with: - Stainless steel appliances - Instant Pot, blender, toaster - Coffee station with coffee & tea - Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair - Seating for 2 at the island and 6 at the dining table makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing with: - Plush sofas - Flatscreen TV - Fireplace - Kids’ books, toys, and board games - Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks on the outdoor furniture. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ There is 1 designated outdoor parking spot labeled "954". If you have a second vehicle, you can use one of the following nearby parking options below! 1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster; overnight parking may not be allowed) 2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only) 3- Grocery store lot one block away ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking.
