Enjoy the newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen and living space. We love the fun swings hung outside the master bedroom on its private patio. This space feels private and serene with beautiful views and sounds of the golf course and pond. You can enjoy wildlife right from the two patios. Equipped with smart TV's, you will have access to log into your preferred streaming service to enjoy some downtime. Brining the family? We have a well stocked game cabinet, Lotus Guava (green certified Pack N Play), stroller, baby gates and toddler door handle locks (for the for escape artists in your life). Boarded by BLM land the outdoor recreation is endless! Guest access The Golden Pheasant Townhouse has uncovered parking right outside the unit. Spots are not assigned so it is first come first served. You can often find a spot right in front of the door but may have to park a few spaces away. If you have more than one vehicle and the lot seems full or busy we ask that you park your second vehicle in the parking lot at the Ridge Sports Center and Spa, just a short walk from the unit.
