The space Situated on five acres of land with a private pond, fire pit and swing set. Our sprawling outdoor deck has 6 rocking chairs, an outdoor dining table and grill. Additional folding chairs are provided. (The grill is out year round but the seating and dining furniture is not out during the winter months) Inside, you will find a free flowing living room, dining area and kitchen. Perfect for socializing and quality time together. Our kitchen is fully equipped for making and serving meals. Two of the three bedrooms are off of the living space along with a full bathroom. All rooms offer great views of the private yard. A cozy reading nook leads you to the master en suite- an impressive sized room with 180 degree views of the property, pond, rolling hills and lake. An amazing view to wake up to! Our property is 12 miles from downtown Canandaigua, 7 miles to Bristol Mountain, 11 miles to Naples, 2.5 miles to Heron Hill Winery and 5 miles from Onanda Park. Other things to note We welcome children of all ages but please take note that our home is not baby proofed. Our home is on a septic system that does not allow for additional overnight guests - 7 persons is the maximum capacity. No events or parties allowed. We respect our neighbors and we expect our guests to do the same. If you have a service animal, we would like renters to know before booking that our neighbors own horses that are in an electrically fenced pasture. The safety of your animal and our neighbor's horses is of the utmost importance. Your animal must be on a leash at all times outdoors.
