The Franklin Green House in the heart of Berne, IN

This beautiful home in the heart of Berne offers plenty of space for the whole family! Picnic at the Clock Tower, walk downtown, or stroll the new sidewalk all the way to Swiss Village. Stay in town to visit relatives, shop a variety of downtown stores, and enjoy the feel of small town life. The full, eat-in kitchen contains everything you need to make your favorite dish. Plenty of dining options are also available in town! Enjoy your stay in Berne and all this quaint Swiss-inspired town offers. The space Guests can enjoy the entire property which includes the home, a garden shed, and two parking spaces. The home’s main floor contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, and mud room. The second floor of the home contains a bedroom with twin beds and twin trundles and another pass through room with a daybed and trundle. Guest access In addition to all the comforts of home, guests have access to the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Guests can also utilize the garden shed in season for cutting flowers and making floral arrangements. Other things to note The property sits across the alley from a car dealership and detail shop. Please allow them to utilize their own parking lot by parking in one of the two spaces at the side and rear of the home or by parking street-side. We have great neighbors and want to respect their space! The property also sits about a half block from the busiest intersection in town. The private front lawn offers a space of peace even with some traffic noise. We are a small town, so the traffic sees it’s ebbs and flows throughout the day. We are sure you will appreciate feeling the pulse of the town while enjoying your peaceful town stay. Pets are welcome (limit two) with a pet fee of $15 per night per pet with a $50 minimum. We also ask that pets stay on the main floor and are crated if left in the home alone.
