Welcome to Mysa Home — designed with relaxation, natural lighting, conversation, and comfort in mind (mysa is Swedish for "cozy"). Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Appleton, right off Hwy 10 and Hwy 441, 30 minutes from Lambeau Field for Packer games and 30 minutes to EAA in Oshkosh. The space ***Please review all house rules before booking*** Bright 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Bedrooms include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin daybed. The twin daybed pulls out to include an additional twin mattress. Twin bedroom includes a 2-person office desk. *When the twin mattress is pulled out, the bedroom door does not completely shut due to the size of the double twins. Private fenced in backyard with patio seating and propane fire pit. We welcome up to two well-trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left home alone. (Sorry, no cats, I have severe cat allergies.) Open concept modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, oven, and coffee pot with complimentary coffee and tea. Fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and soap provided. WiFi with Firestick connected to a movie projector in the lower level family room. The projector is the only "TV" in our home—we consciously designed our main living room as a conversation space. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house and backyard. Garage and basement are private and locked for our own storage. Driveway parking includes 2 spots. Other things to note *Additional $25 Pet fee (up to two well-trained dogs allowed). Dogs are welcome on couches, but please use provided blankets for furniture. Dogs must be crated when left home alone. *Strict no party/events policy *No smoking or illegal substances on property *No unregistered guests allowed *Government issued ID required within 48 hours of booking
