Peaceful Mid-Century Modern Gem

Inviting, lovingly cared for home, quiet and safe in desirable Portola neighborhood of San Francisco. The home is very clean with great mid century modern finishes, beautiful hardwood floors, upstairs deck off the main bedroom looks over our private yard. Enter through the classic San Francisco breezeway entrance to your spacious flat. A few blocks away is McLaren Park, Jerry Garcia Amphiteatre and vibrant San Bruno ave.. Easy freeway/ SFO access, short bike/bus/ drive to the Civic center. The space The space is the upstairs area of our home which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The area is available as a private space for our guests. Guest access The entire upstairs suite is for guests as well as sharing our laundry area and breezeway. We ask not to use the yard because of our small pet dog that thinks he owns the place. Other things to note Separate workspaces for Remote and WFH workers. Desks are available on request for each bedroom. Crib for babies/ toddlers is available on request. The crib is a safe, high quality solid wood crib - NOT a pack and play. And it comes with a very comfy foam mattress and linens. Depending on the ages of children - we can provide an assortment of toys and books for the little ones. Utilities credit of $200 is included in the price. Overages would be billed seperately as incurred for multi month stays.
