***Air-Conditioning**Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Also, close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the water. We also have 2 kayaks with paddles for use, a fire pit and a basketball hoop. The space Cottage right on Sodus Bay with 2 bedrooms. The cottage is separate from the main house with plenty of parking. One bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk with a twin over full. You also have the option to add another twin bed to the master bedroom(please ask in advance and we will set up). There is also a rollaway for another added guests so we can accommodate 7. Guest access You have access to lawn in front of the cottage and small beach. There is also a dock to tie your boat up to or a public boat launch nearby. Other things to note Nearby Chimney Bluffs State Park. 35 minute drive to Collaca Winery and village of Fair Haven
