A full bathroom with a tub and a shower is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Thoughtful touches throughout the space create a cozy and relaxing coastal retreat. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll find cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings before heading to the beach. A dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast or a casual dinner after a day exploring 30A. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen is stocked for convenience. LOUNGE SPACES The living area is designed for relaxation with comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Large sliding doors bring in natural light and lead directly to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a beach day, watch a movie, or plan your next 30A adventure. OUTSIDE SPACE Step onto the private balcony with Gulf views and enjoy the coastal breeze while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink. As part of the Gulf Place community, guests have access to three pools, two hot tubs, and outdoor recreation areas including shuffleboard and cornhole. Scenic walking paths weave through the area, and the beach is just steps away. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo and all Gulf Place community amenities. This includes private deeded beach access, three pools (two heated seasonally), two hot tubs, Pickle Ball/tennis courts, walking trails, and the amphitheater. Other things to note Other Things to Note • No pets allowed. $500 per pet + damages • No smoking or vaping inside the condo (minimum 100 ft from entrance) • This property cannot receive mail or package deliveries For your safety, this property is equipped with a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house and will be actively recording the following areas during your reservation: Property Entrance Events: No parties/gatherings at your property. Violators face eviction, a $500 fine, and additional fees. Monitors are in place to help us protect the space and respect neighborhood quiet hours. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only at least 100 ft from the entrance. Indoor smoking fined $1000 + ozone remediation cost; lost revenue may apply. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am Flexibility: Early check-in (1pm) or late checkout (12pm) may be available for $50 each—just ask! Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages. Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised. Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction. Lost and found items: We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guest(s). As a courtesy, we can ship found items to address of choice for shipping +$30 service fee.
