Newly built home with all the comforts of home, granite throughout, leather furniture, comfortable beds,2 Big Screen TV's,game room and scenic views from both decks,fire pit. The space "The Payson Home" has all that you would expect a vacation home to have. Mountain Views, beautiful location in a quiet secluded area. Since there are 2 floors it feels like 2 separate places in one. The bedrooms upstairs are private from the living space. We want our guests to feel restful so we made sure all the beds and pillows are comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is designed for big groups and is fully equipped with all the essentials. Two islands, all stainless steel appliances Dual ovens, coffee maker, crockpot, pressure cooker, etc. Ceiling speakers throughout the living space in case you want to listen to music (bluetooth) or the football game. The dining area is spacious and seats 10 adults comfortably and can sit more if needed. The downstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms, bath, living room with comfy furniture and a Big screen TV. The Game room has a Ping Pong and Pool Table. The Living room and Game room both have ceiling speakers so you can listen to your favorite music(bluetooth) or TV Guest access The Payson Home is easy to find and you can access 3 different ways. Access from the street or from a private road on the west side of house. There is ample parking from the street side (3-4 vehicles) and around back as well. The west side of the house has wide open spaces to walk the dog or explore. Keyless entry so access is easy. Code will be provided upon booking. Other things to note Short Term Rental Agreement 904 1) Guest(s) must check in and checkout at the agreed to times. Check-in is after 5:00pm and check-out is 10:00am unless other arrangements have been made. 2) People other than those in the guest party set forth (in the AirBnB agreement) may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3) The Payson House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests should not create excessive noise levels that disturbs neighbors; code enforced neighborhood quite hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am. 4) Smoking is allowed outside only. 5) There are 4-5 parking spots available on the property on the east side of the house. For additional parking you can park on the west side of house. 6) Guests shall allow homeowner or designated person(s) to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 7) Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. 7) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 8) Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9) If you’re bringing your pet(s) let the owner know how many and be sure to take care of the pet fee when booking. 10) If there are any damages that require extra maintenance or replacement it will be taken out of the damage deposit.
