Other things to note Guests of the house are allowed access by foot ( no driving) to the beach located across the street belonging to the Damariscotta Lake Farm Condominiums. Guest must adhere to the rules for the beach but may swim in the lake and enjoy the beach area for swimming or kayaking on the lake with our 2 kayaks.
