There is a TV in the lounge with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime video, blue tooth speaker, books and boardgames. There is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen containing a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge and separate freezer, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, bread maker and plenty of pans, cutlery and crockery. Flasks, plastic containers for picnics and backpacks available to take on your country walks. There is a washing machine should you need to wash any muddy clothes after a country ramble. There is no electric dryer but there is a drying rack and radiators There is full use of the garden and plenty of garden furniture so that alfresco dining can be enjoyed. WiFi is available. Guest access You will have full access to the whole house and garden. Bicycles can be wheeled through the house to the secure back garden as the ground floor is tiled so easy to clean. There is also plenty of garden furniture, a bbq ( you have to assemble this) and a chimera. Other things to note Parking can be tricky as it is a narrow road with limited space , especially if you arrive late at night, so you may have to park a short walk from the front door. Large people carriers and 4 x 4's will be too big to park on the road outside. There is a wood burner however wood and kindling is not provided although there is often some left by myself or previous guests. If you do need logs or coal a garage close by sells it. The cottage is fully central heated though so the wood burner is not necessary for warmth and hot water just for added cosyness.
