Relax with family or friends at this cozy, peaceful place to stay. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for a short weekend getaway or an extended stay to enjoy the desert weather. The home is charmingly furnished and features many amenities for a comfortable, relaxing, and entertaining stay. The home is conveniently located nearby PGA West golf courses, Old Town La Quinta, Polo Grounds, and is only about 2 miles from the Coachella festival grounds! The space The home is 1 story and has a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a nearby bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and feasting needs! The outdoor space is equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a grill and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor fireplace perfect for roasting marshmallows or stargazing. There is a custom saltwater pool and hot tub surrounded by beautiful vines and olive trees. There is plenty of outdoor seating weather you'd like to dine outside, relax with a cold beverage, or lay out by the pool on lounge chairs. The community in which the home is located, called Puerta Azul, offers a tennis court, fitness center, pool table, ping pong table, and bocce ball. Additionally, there is a large lap pool, recreational pool, and hot tub available for you. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire property as well as the community areas including the tennis courts, fitness center, pools, and spas. Other things to note Pool & hot tub heat: Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat the pool. Hot tub can be heated for free (without pool heat). Please let me know if you'd like to heat the hot tub so I can give you the code to access the controls. The cost to heat pool is $55 for the first night, then $40/day for consecutive days after that. Pool heat is 50% off for summer months from June 1st to September 30th. ($25 for first night, then $20/day for consecutive days after that). Please let me know if you would like the pool warm when you arrive so I can pre-heat it for you. Guests will be responsible for turning the spa heater on and off. Maximum temperature for the pool is 88°. I do not build pool heating into the nightly price due to guests who prefer not to heat the pool. There is a one time pet fee of $50. Max 2. No pets over 70 lbs. Pool service takes place every Tuesday and Friday. The gardener comes every Monday during the late morning. Registration Details 240242
