Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - Hot Tub Rules are posted on-premise and must be followed. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. Pocono Rentals and Management has no direct control over these alterations. By booking this home, you understand that we are not obligated to offer compensation or refund for cancellation. - Rather than collecting a security deposit, we will ask for card details after booking similar to a hotel stay.
