With fast Wi-Fi, SMART tv, and a desirable porch with one-of-a-kind lake and mountain views, this condo is setup for a quick and easy vacation. Guests will have access to two pools. Come enjoy Southshore G1; a beautiful condo with ease of access to all that Hot Springs offers! The space Lake View Condo | Serene and Clean INDOOR LIVING: Condo features fully equipped-kitchen, laundry in-unit, wet bar, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, Wi-Fi w/ Smart TVs. OUTDOOR LIVING: The condo unit has two access points to the balcony, living room and from bedroom 1. Guests will have access to Southshore's amenities: pool, tennis court. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: King bed w/ en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed KITCHEN: Fully-equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, wet bar, Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware and utensils. ENTERTAINMENT: Wi-Fi throughout condo! Smart TVs & Roku (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App) No basic cable. PARKING: Parking for building G is located in front of building. Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay! Guest access Guests have sole access to their unit. Southshore has a pool located by the "K" building. There are also tennis courts in the neighborhood that are open for guest use. Also in the Southshore Neighborhood are a few buildings of Timeshares. There are specific amenities for the timeshare owners that are not available for our guests to use. Please note, we do not control issues and closures of the pool and hot tubs. Other things to note Please note: - We do not control issues and closures due to maintenance of the pool and hot tubs. - The Southshore Neighborhood also includes the Southshore Lake Resort Timeshare- the amenities you may see such as mini-golf, sauna, basketball courts and playground are for Timeshare guests only, not you. Other things to note There are about 10 steps to get to the unit, with a platform in between 5th and 6th step.
