This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨ 📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS: If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. 🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in. 🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): You will only be refunded if the area in which you have rented is declared a State of Emergency. ⚠️ We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. 📬 MAIL: Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental.
