Our 1908 Farmhouse & Airstream near Petaluma is the place to come! Located in the heart of Wine Country & close to restaurants, shopping, wineries. Sonoma, Napa, Healdsburg, Russian River, Pt Reyes, Bodega, Sebastopol, Petaluma, Santa Rosa. 1908 FARMHOUSE This quaint and cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a shower and the other with a claw foot tub. The recently remodeled chef's kitchen is bright and roomy, with double ovens, a gas range and all the amenities needed to create the perfect meal. A plush and comfy sofa is ready for a good book or watching a great movie. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a full bed. The sofa has a queen sleeper. The Airstream has been completely renovated, with high end finishes & deluxe furnishings, it's a one of a kind experience and includes a queen bed, an elegant bathroom with a shower (small) and a real, flushing toilet. It has air conditioning and heat to make your stay comfortable, no matter what time of year. Enjoy the quirkiness of the iconic Airstream glamping experience while exploring Sonoma County with your family. THE COMPOUND The Farmhouse & Airstream combined can sleep up to 7 people (3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed). All feature soft, fluffy bedding and tons of pillows for your comfort. Fully outfitted kitchen in the main house comes with ample tableware/flatware/glassware, coffee pot and french press, cooking utensils, knives, pots, pans and everything you need to craft an amazing meal. We also have unlimited on demand hot water, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wifi, coffee, yogurt and baked goods when possible. OUTDOOR SPACES With majestic redwoods, ancient oaks and towering pines, the awesome outdoor space provides a beautiful setting to relax after a day out touring the area. With a table for 6, a comfortable sectional sofa and lounge chairs for sunning, enjoy California outdoor living. There is plenty of space for the kids to play. The property is fully fenced, so it is very private and safe for everyone. After a day of fun events, come back, enjoy a glass of wine, whip up some barbeque, relax under the stars, let the kids roam freely and enjoy the beautiful Sonoma county weather. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their personal space or hang out together, this is the perfect getaway for friends and family, or multiple couples ready to explore Petaluma and surrounding areas. No amplified music is allowed. We are always available for guidance, help and suggestions. We love to visit with our guests, but also value our privacy. Please be respectful, as will we. Located in the pastures of North West Petaluma, our home is close to everything. Minutes to downtown Petaluma, with it's historic district, farm to table dining and great shopping (the Outlets are 5 minutes from the house). Twenty minutes to Sebastopol, where you can enjoy fine dining, wine tasting, and The Barlow. Within a half hour to an hour of Bodega, Pt Reyes, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Napa and the Russian River it is a great home base for a weekend of wine tasting, shopping and dining. Ask us for recommendations. Easy access to both hwy 101 and 116, this is a great, central location to enjoy Sonoma and Napa Counties and all that they have to offer. You will need a car to stay here or arrange for transportation to pick you up. Please be advised that the Airstream is a real Airstream. The shower is on the smaller side and the space is well appointed but small. It has a flushing toilet, not an RV toilet and unlimited hot water. The house is 115 years old and while it has many upgrades like a new kitchen, much of the exterior and windows are original. We value her quirkiness and historic past. We have a German Shepherd and a cat, but they are not loose on the property. They will always be on a leash or in the kennel when guests are here. Regardless, please drive slowly when entering and exiting the property. Absolutely no smoking, tobacco, pot or vape anywhere on the property. No pets unless they are licensed service dogs.
