Welcome to the Penn State Unrivaled stay. We are located 15 minutes from the stadium on the West side of State College. Great night stay for 4 guests. Brand new kitchen, bedroom, couch, bathroom. Basement of an existing home. Family will be staying while you stay. Saddle up, this is an unrivaled experience. 1 RV parking pass, which includes the 4 spots in the picture. Great to pull the cars in and pop up a tent or bring your RV. The space Guests will have the opportunity to stay in a brand new, clean place, that is close to Atherton street and 10-15 mins from the stadium. Not to mention hosts that have been going to PSU games for 30 years and know all the places to have a good time. Look forward to creating an awesome experience for your party. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement, and private driveway. During your stay You can reach me the whole weekend, as I will be in the house as well. Feel free to contact me when needing anything during your visit. Other things to note (1) Parking Pass which has (4) combined parking spots to fit an RV and/or park 2 cars and put up a tailgating tent to party before and after the game in the other two spots is part of the original rental price. However, you may reach out to the owner if you would like to purchase 4 tickets in two sets of two for the game on the 40 yard line 26 rows up from the field.
